CYSP Girls had a blast at their lock-in

Recently, CYSP Girls had a lock-in with their peers and mentors. CYSP (Concept Young Scholars Program) is a club opportunity offered to students in grades 5th through 12th grade to guide students in becoming 21st-century scholars and citizens.

During the lock-in, our Jaguars participated in a myriad of activities. Students enjoyed gym activities such as volleyball, kickball, and playground time. In addition to physical fitness, students gained community service hours cleaning up the Devaux Plaza and eventually a well-earned pizza dinner.

J. Moncivais said, "I had a blast spending time with my friends and mentors and getting to know each other better."

Our CYSP students and mentors and just getting started. Be on the lookout soon for more events and activities as our students learn, succeed, and excel through the CYSP program.
